- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
- Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to improve the Service. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Consultation Data
- Audio Processing: During video consultations, our AI processes audio to generate sketches and capture design specifications.
- Generated Outputs: Sketches, design specifications, and CAD-ready briefs generated during your sessions are stored in your account for your use.
- CAD Screenshots: Images you upload to our CAD-to-render tool are processed to generate renders and are not retained after processing.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process transactions and manage your subscription
- Generate AI sketches and capture design specifications during consultations
- Send service-related communications (account updates, security alerts)
- Send marketing communications (only with your consent; you can opt out anytime)

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

You retain full ownership of all designs, sketches, specifications, and briefs generated through the Service. HeyGema does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Meet, Stripe, and analytics providers (Google Analytics, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity). These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including Canada and the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
